Furnished Houses and Townhouses

The best way to see the area is to stay in one of Bella Vistas fully furnished houses and town houses. All units have full kitchens and are located on the lakes, golf courses and forested areas! Units are available on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Prices are about the same as a motel but there is no comparison! Go to Vacation Rentals for reservations and information.
The Bella Vista Property Owners Association charges property owners a monthly assessment for use of the village's facilities; $16 for a lot and $24 for a home. Some user fees apply. Townhouse owners are assessed an additional $50 per month by the Bella Vista Townhouse Association.
